SSI Tools are sold as a perpetual license model, not a subscription. This means that when you purchase SSI Tools, you own that version of the software permanently. There are no required monthly or annual subscription payments to continue using the version you purchased. In the initial purchase of the license, Maintenance & Support (M&S) is included in the first year. After the first year, you can choose to renew in an M&S plan.

No. SSI Tools does not access, collect, transmit, or store customer data. The full features of SSI Tools can be accessed and used without an internet connection. SSI Tools are desktop add-ins that run locally within Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. All project data remains within your organization’s environment. The software does not require uploading schedules or files to external servers, and it does not connect to a cloud database to function. Your schedules, resource data, cost information, and proprietary details remain fully under your control and within your IT infrastructure.

No. The full features of SSI Tools can be accessed and used without an internet connection. SSI Tools is not a cloud-based product, and the software is installed locally on your machine and runs within your Microsoft Office environment.

If maintenance is not renewed, you may continue using your licensed version indefinitely. However, access to updates, new features, and technical support will require an active maintenance plan.

SSI training hours are flexible and can be used in a variety of formats to best meet your team’s needs. Options include virtual or onsite for full-day, half day, hourly blocks, or multi-day workshops. Hours can be scheduled consecutively or spread out over time, depending on your preference and availability.

SSI provides access to training videos, user guides, and supporting materials for our Maintenance & Support customers. You can login to our website to access all of these links or check your welcome email.
